Happy National Dog Day

It's National Dog Day! A day to celebrate all breeds... pure and mixed and to encourage the public to recognize the number of dogs that need to be rescued each year. National Dog Day honors family dogs and dogs that work selflessly to save lives, keep us safe and bring comfort.

There are sooo many reasons why we love dogs... they just make life happier! They make loyal family members and also put their lives on the line every day - for their law enforcement partner, for their blind companion, for the disabled and for our freedom and safety. Here are a few (of the MANY) reasons why life is better with a dog, according to the American Kennel Club!

We're kinddd of obsessed with our dogs and love having treasures that remind us of our pup throughout the day! We hang the air freshener in our car, put the photo holder on our desk, drink our morning coffee out of a dog mug and have toys sprinkled allllll through the house!

Our dogs are a part of the family! We bring them everywhere with us... to work, on fun trips and of course, to the dog park!
