This skirt is very pretty and comfortable. I just thought the elastic hugged my hips in a way that accentuated my curves in an unflattering way but if you have more straight hips this might work nicely.

Such a cute print design with pretty colors but definitely did not work for me as a dress. The smocked (elastic) section at the top was far too thin of a band to cover my chest (and I am not large chested by any means) so it had to sit high and then it was just hanging out away from my body from there and it was ridiculously unflattering. It really needs to hug your body a bit under the bust in order to give you any kind of shape. It was ok as a skirt, but I wanted to be able to wear as a dress so I will sadly be returning.

This dress / skirt is a beautiful print and made of light airy cotton fabric. It is easy to wear and very comfy! If you are very ***** might be less comfy as a dress. I am a 36c and if any bigger top might be a little restrictive but works for me (size M).
